Another licence question bare with me :rolleyes2:

I first got my provisional licence back in 2002. On and off bikes for a few years,never did my test.

To make a long story short, I have a learner permit A up to 25kw , 0.16kw/kg, dated up to 6th/2012, with restriction 993.

Will this licence be useless now or what’s my next step to getting back on a bike?
