A lad I know from Scotland wants to do the Irish Road races. He’s a fast lad, was leading the Scottish championship this year. Wants me to ask around about it for him. Who does he need to contact about getting a licence? Or even what does he need to do? Any info really appreciated lads, ideally a number he can ring and talk to someone who deals with this stuff all the time.
