Hi There,

I’m hoping someone can help. I recently replaced the power connectors between my battery and R/R. Everything was running fine for a couple of weeks. On the way home from work one day, the speedo suddenly became very jumpy and its back-light was flickering. I took it for a spin yesterday for the first time in weeks and it had the following symptoms:

1. Speedo very jumpy (incorrect speed readings).

2. Speedo backlight flickering when idle.

3. Engine randomly cuts out every few minutes.

4. When the bike is running, it feels like its misfiring.

Is it as simple as a loose electrical cable/connection?
